Number of Years with the program: This is my 6th year!

Coaching Background: 5 years as distance coach & 4 years as Head Coach 

How does one join the team:

     1. REGISTER on the Athletic Registration page on the WHS website.  

     2. A current completed and signed medical eligibility exam form signed by a doctor and parent needs to be uploaded during online registration in order to start practices. 

     3. Athletic fee must be paid in Infinite Campus prior to participation ($100 per sport / $150 for football).

What equipment does one need for team: Athletic running shoes!  Please check out this informational PDF to find out which type of shoe(s) you will need for training and competition.  You should bring a bag with you to practice with both warm weather & cold weather clothes.
