TRANSCRIPTS - Current Students  

Current students will be using Xello to send transcripts.

Students applying to college through Common Application do not need to request transcripts in Xello.  Counselors  will upload transcripts into Common App system. 

You may also want to send Letters of Recommendation. (Bring to your Counselor or Mrs. Freyer to upload to Xello or email a pdf copy to rfreyer@whitnall.com with instructions of where to send the recommendation.)

This is what you need to do:  Step by step instructions found here 

1. Log into Xello        Log in is WHIT- (first part of your school email address)
   For example:  WHIT-Jcallender21, password is 0000 followed by your ID #. You will be prompted to change your password. 
2. click on Goals & Plans 
3. click on application tracker 
4. search college name (University of Wisconsin .... not UW ) 
5. select the university from the list 
6. add details - type of admission & deadline for admission
7. click on request transcript

How do I send my high school transcript to a college, scholarship or employer?

After Covid many colleges accept transcripts via email.  There is no charge to send a transcript via email. Call the counseling office to see if your transcript can be sent via email.

To request an official transcript, please fill out a transcript request form (at the bottom of this page) and send/bring it to the counseling office with $5.00 (check or cash only). Generally, transcripts are mailed out the same day they are requested along with a copy of your ACT score.

When requested to be sent to a scholarship:  Please bring all necessary materials including letters of recommendation, essays, etc. with the completed scholarship to the counseling office. (Postage and envelopes are not necessary).  We will mail the transcript with the completed application.  Please allow 3 days for processing to meet all deadlines.
