24-25 Registration Process for ALL Activities/Athletics

All Activity and Athletic Registrations will be completed through Infinite Campus

Before starting the registration process, please review all information 

• Registration for all 2024-2025 Athletics and Activities begins July 1, 2024.

• Students registering for Athletics and Activities must complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION process with their parent/legal guardian prior to participation.

• During the registration process for Athletics, a current completed and signed medical eligibility exam form needs to be uploaded (medical eligibility exam forms need to be dated April 1, 2023 or after to be eligible for the 2024-25 school year).

• Athletic fees will be paid during the online process and must be paid prior to participation in the sport. 

• All student fees, past and current, (including 24-25 School Fees) must be paid prior to registration for any activity or sport. If you need to discuss a payment plan, please contact the Whitnall District Office for assistance.

• Activity registration does not require the medical eligibility exam form.

Infinite Campus Activity and Athletic Registration Overview

1. Login in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
2. Select School Store and then Athletics or Activities.
3. Select the Sport or Activity.
4. Parents and students will be asked to review and digitally sign documents.
   • Parents will need to download the Medical Eligibility Form and return to main office completed with required physician's signature prior to participation.
   • Students will digitally sign documents in their student portal.
   • Registrations will not be complete until all documents have been signed.

5. All student fees, past and current, (including 24-25 School Fees) must be paid prior to registration for any activity or sport. If you need to discuss a payment plan, please contact the Whitnall District Office for assistance.
