Swim & Dive - Girls

1. REGISTER on the Athletic Registration page on the WHS website.
2. TURN-IN a current completed and signed medical eligibility exam form signed by a doctor and parent. This needs to be uploaded during online registration in order to start practices.
3. PAY Athletic fee in Infinite Campus prior to participation ($100 per sport / $150 for football). 

Towel, (2) Pairs of goggles, equipment bag if club swimmer, Dry land clothes (shorts, running shoes), water bottle.

Team Communication 

Team communication is done through the BAND APP. Please have the students and parents log on and create and account so everyone is on the same page.

Off-Season Workouts

Weight Specific dry land training is available at the WHS weight room.
